Veles International Limited ('VIL') is a limited liability company incorporated in Cyprus and is regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission ('CySEC') under authorization number CIF075/06 issued on 20 September 2006 by which it is licensed to operate as a Cypriot Investment Firm and to provide investment and ancillary services in relation to financial instruments in accordance with its license (as it may be amended from time to time).

The principal activities of VIL are the provision of investment services (reception, transmission, and execution of client orders) and ancillary services (safe keeping services, granting credits or loans to clients, and foreign exchange services where these are connected to the provision of investment services) in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation and requirements issued by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.
