Stelios Procopiou joined the Board of Veles International Limited in June 2015. Concurrently, Mr. Procopiou also holds the Director position at Chrysalis LEAP, and prior to this, Mr. Procopiou held the Director, Finance and Compliance positions at Emergo Wealth Ltd (CIF authorized by CySEC), where he was responsible for Compliance, Risk Management and Money Laundering Compliance functions.

Mr. Procopiou obtained BA in Chemistry from Imperial College (London, UK), is a holder of an FCA (Fellow Chartered Accountant) designation being a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), and possesses a Chartered Wealth Manager Qualification from CISI (Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments, UK). Recently, he has also obtained the Advanced Certificate of professional competence from CySEC and became a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst, USA) charterholder.
